Our flat rate shipping promotional rates don't apply to strip curtains; curtain freight is calculated based on actual dimensional weight. These rates apply to ground freight, and only apply in the continental US. We reserve the right to change freight rates at any time.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING | Expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Air are available for an additional fee. These options are calculated based on size, weight and delivery location and will be available options during the checkout process.
RETURNS | We want you to end up with the right gasket for you unit on the first try. However if you make a measuring mistake or an incorrect profile choice on your gasket order, notify us within 30 days and we will do our best to correct it. Not all parts are returnable such as custom made gaskets and strip curtains but they may be eligible for a warranty replacement. We can help you find the correct gasket and use the previous gasket's subtotal as in-store credit towards the replacement. You will only need to pay the difference in price (if any). Errors made by BA Refrigeration will be replaced free of charge. BA Refrigeration will provide a call tag to return the incorrect item to the factory. The customer has 30 days to return the product or they will be charged for that product.
Unwanted parts should be returned within 30 days. BA Refrigeration must first be notified before returning a part. Please have your order number ready upon calling. BA Refrigeration will issue a returned materials authorization number (RMA#). Shipping is non refundable. A restocking fee of 18% - 25% may be applied to all returned items. Any returned parts issued COD or freight collect will be refused.
CANCELLATIONS | To cancel an order you must contact customer support at 800.695.7929 as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped can not be canceled and will have to follow the returned parts policy.
REFUNDS | Refunds on returned parts or canceled orders will be issued minus applicable fees (e.g. restocking fees and shipping fees) with in 10 business days.
PAYMENTS | All payments must be made in full at time of order. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.
SALES TAX | Sales tax is charged where applicable and based on the rate where the package is shipping. If you are tax exempt, please send your sales tax exempt form to [email protected]
